David Feinberg is a Partner at Berry Feinberg Capital. Based in Zurich, he leads the firm's European practice and brings three decades of cross-border transaction experience to the team.
Before being a partner at Berry Feinberg Capital, David spent 18 years at a Swiss industrial group where he served as Head of Corporate Development, managing acquisitions and divestitures across consumer goods and manufacturing. He has closed over 40 transactions across Europe and North America, ranging from family-owned businesses to mid-cap corporate carve-outs.
David holds a degree in Economics from the University of Zurich and an MBA from IMD Business School. He speaks five languages and maintains deep relationships across the European M&A community.
Elizabeth McCall is an accomplished executive with extensive corporate finance experience. She has worked with numerous businesses for over 21 years both within the organizations as a senior finance and operations leader as well as a third party transaction Advisor.
She has worked on several M&A transactions with Berry Feinberg Capital where she has served as an advisor for over 15 years. Andrea has worked on numerous mergers & acquisition, restructuring and strategy projects both as an advisor and in-house.
Formerly, Elizabeth has held a number of senior positions with leading corporations in Canada and the UK including Pink Tartan/Tevrow+Chase, Virgin, Bell Canada, Pink Tartan and the Ontario Public Service.
Elizabeth holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and an MBA from University of Pennsylvania in the United States.
Jiayu Yiwen joined Berry Feinberg Capital as an analyst in April 2016 and is responsible for research, analysis, financial modelling and due diligence to support all of the firm's mandates.
Prior to AIM, Jiayu worked at a mid-market private equity fund where he performed competitive and financial evaluation of acquisition opportunities in numerous industries including consumer goods, energy, software and technology.
